Clean Hair WITHOUT Shampoo?

I saw this in Allure Magazine... What do ya'll think?

A cleansing conditioner, made of 1/4 shampoo and 3/4 conditioner... I want to try it, but my head is starting to itch just thinking about it... LOLOLOL! I'm gross!
