NEW from La Mer

La Mer 1 oz $150, 2 oz $275
According to the La Mer website:

BENEFITS:
Luxuriously light formula penetrates deeply to replenish moisture and improve strength and radiance.

This luxurious cream delivers the same radiance and renewal that made the original Crème de la Mer a legend in a supple new texture. Infused with the nutrient-rich Miracle Broth™, the heart of La Mer's profound powers of transformation, it penetrates deeply to replenish moisture and strengthen skin. Renewed and energized, skin looks youthfully radiant.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm assuming that it's lighter than the Creme de la Mer but heavier than the Cream Gel.  I also noticed that there is a slight difference in the directions.  When applying the soft cream, the directions don't tell you to warm it up in your fingers like the others do.  Interesting...

This/That

I love love love items that can be this or can be that or both.... For example, my friend recently went on vaca overseas and gets me this really really cool wallet/phone case wristlet... I love the fact you have your phone, id, credit cards, and cash all in one nifty little wristlet... so easy... I LOVED IT! Until the button ripped off :(

However, I've found some nice replacements that I may consider... I'm actually quite partial to the red one.

CLEAN, SOFT SKIN...

Sorry for the lack of posts this past week... I've been on vacation with the hubs! :) Let's get back on track...

I've been using Korres Shower Gel and Body Butter for the past few weeks, and I must say they are fantastic.  My legs have been extra dry lately, so I tried all kinds of drugstore brand lotions and they were just eh... Korres is by far the best bath/body products that I've used thus far, but the price tag is nothing to laugh at.  There are several different fragrances that are super light and pretty much disappear quickly, which is good for me because I like to wear perfume. This stuff smells fresh and soaks into your skin instantly. Both the shower gels and the butters are rich so that you don't have to use half the tube to actually enjoy the product. A little goes a long way...especially for the shower gel.  Korres products are natural and don't contain silicones, parabens or mineral oil... just good ole fashion (natural) yums!

Korres Body Butter in Basil Lemon $29.00 for 7.95oz

Korres Shower Gel in Basil Lemon $19.50 for 13.53oz

The best drugstore kind that I've used was Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Enrich Lotion which relieved the dryness but took FOREVER for the lotion to actually soak in and dry on my skin.  I would be leaving grease stained on my couch and floors after using this lotion.
