What it is:

Suggested Usage:
-For best results, line and fill in the lips with Aqua Lip. Apply Aqua Rouge color to the center of the lips and blend outward.
-Finish with Aqua Rouge clear top coat for a lacquered effect.
I'm very interested in a lip product that lasts all day without touch ups. I'm not one to reapply because of my chronic laziness so I am very eager to test this out.
